The answer to this question that many in our community are asking is as follows:-
Due to various reasons such as previous management committee members not being prepared to continue after 2 or more years in their positions, general members not being prepared to take on the vacant positions, and the general community being either unwilling or failing to see the benefit of being involved, the Coochie Progress Association was unable to form a full management committee. As a result Caretakers for the association were appointed.
The Coochie Progress Association is NOT in recess. Community events and meetings are still possible if the general members are able to gather enough members (minimum of 15) to agree to do these events & meetings.
